Terminally Ill Woman Who Planned Assisted Suicide Dies

Terminally Ill Woman Who Planned Assisted Suicide Dies.

"Goodbye to all the dear family and friends that I love." Were her latest words as those who cared about her most circled her death bed.

To say that this saddens me is an understatement, I know how she feels and don't plan to be around long myself. I think she was a brave, noble and unselfish individual who made an extremely difficult choice that most of us can't make.

Rest in peace Brittany Maynard, we all love and respect you as your life was cut so short. Read her goodbye message to her friends and family Here

Welcome readers, you came here for world news and current events. Well you have come to the right place. However...this isn't about ISIS, missing Malaysia planes or the Ukraine. This is about the hectic holiday season and how to save money by shopping wisely and safely. Why bother going to actual stores for Black Friday where you will find massive rowdy crowds and possibly receive bodily harm, when it is so much easier to go online to Amazon, and save yourself a lot of time and money?

That's right, shopping online will save you a lot of time and money, not to mention peace of mind. Save money on gas! Gas is very expensive, limiting your travel will save you money even if you have to pay shipping and handling.

A new video has emerged of the impressive sights and sounds spectators experienced as they watched Tuesday evening's disastrous launch of NASA Contractor's unmanned Anteres Rocket.

Who Were The Victims Of Serial Killer Darren Van?

43 Year old Darren Vann has confessed to killing seven woman and possibly more. He feels like a big man because he has killed a handful or two of woman. Serial killers seem to be painfully overshadowed by ISIS which have killed many more people in a far more brutal way making "Serial Killers" look like girl scouts. No more are the days of Ted Bundy, Son of Sam or even the notorious "Jack the Ripper." It is going to take much more for you amateurs to impress the public during these times of ultimate evil. To see the full story of Killer Darren Van view (Here)

Cyborg Cockroaches?

BBC News, MSN, CNN, World News, Breaking News, Technology,

In October 2013, Greg Gage and Tim Marzullo unveiled a cyborg cockroach that could be controlled from a smartphone through electrodes attached to its antennae and a wireless unit on its back. Imagine in the coming years what would happen if we are able to go much smaller and nanoscale computing devices could be integrated with individual bacteria. And what if these hybrid devices could be designed to control colonies of bacteria? Of course a big problem could be powering such devices, but bacteria based batteries are already a reality.

So we have the ability to control cyborgs on a very small level? I have a feeling that we have the ability to create such individuals on a larger more human scale as well. Has this technology already been used to control human beings? Science fiction movies aren't really fiction, but a prediction of what is to come, or what already exists that the general public has little or no knowledge of. They made cartoons about putting men on the moon before we actually put a man on the moon. There are many more of these future predicting movies out there, you just have to look.

Cops Smash Window And Tase During Traffic Stop

BBC News, World News, CNN, MSN , Breaking News

Police in Hammond Indiana are being sued. Reportedly they pulled over a family, asked them to get out of the vehicle, when they didn't things took an ugly turn.

Cell phone video footage taken by a fourteen year old in the back seat shows the driver and front passenger arguing with police. Police then proceeded to smash the passenger side window and tasered the passenger.

Was this yet another case of police brutality? Or was this a case to entrap police in order to provoke a lawsuit? You know since Ferguson and all of the other prolific police brutality cases I don't know if I can say the same about this one. Granted actually being there is totally different from just talking about it or watching a video. So here is the video and decide for yourself. Police brutality or phony lawsuit?

Micro Apartments Pop Up in Historic Providence Mall

Would you like to live in a "Micro Apartment?" If so you are in luck. In Rhode Island's Arcade Providence, built in 1928 is believed to be the oldest indoor shopping center in America. It now consist of 38 micro apartment spaces that are actually very nice.

With rents starting at $550 a month, the teeny-weeny pads range from 225 to 300 square feet and include a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, built-in storage, and an ovenless kitchen. There are coffee shops and retail stores on the building's first level, but sound from the commercial spaces is buffered by large bay windows, an idea inspired by old-ship construction.

I don't know about all of you, but this sounds intriguing to me. Nice, small and simple with coffee shops and retail stores at your finger tips. This is also great if you don't have a vehicle. You could get a job at one of the retail stores and you could save a lot of money by not having to travel! Here is the video so you can see for yourself.
